Point A2B Tow n More LLC ("Point A2B Tow N' More", "we") runs this website and our towing and roadside service in Chandler, Arizona. This page says what we collect, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number, when you book or call.
- Where your car is and where it goes (the addresses you type and their map location).
- Details about your vehicle: its type, whether you have the keys, whether it rolls.
- The price we quote you and the job record.
- Call records for calls to our numbers: the calling number, the time, the length and which of our numbers you called. We do not record calls.
- How you found us (for example an ad click, a campaign tag or a partner code). Your browser keeps this, and if you book, we save it with your booking.
- Our driver's location, only while he is on your job.
- Photos of your vehicle at pickup and drop-off, when our driver takes them.
Why we use it
- To give you a price, book your tow and get it done.
- To call you, and to text you if you asked us to, about your tow.
- To learn which of our ads and partners bring us customers, so we spend wisely.
- To settle any question about a job.
Who else sees it
A few services run our site, phones and ads. They use your information only to provide their service to us:
- Google: maps, distance and price; and measuring which of our Google ads brought a call or a booking. For a call that came from one of our Google ads, Google receives the calling number and the time of the call only to match it to the ad.
- Twilio: our phone numbers and texts.
- Supabase: our booking records.
- Vercel: hosting this website.
- AcquiServ: our marketing partner, which runs our website and ads for us.
We do not sell your information.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared or sold to any third party. The services above handle your number only to deliver our texts and run our service.
How long we keep it
Job records and call records: up to 3 years, for our business and tax records, then we delete them. What your browser keeps about how you found us stays in your browser until you clear it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We keep only what we must for our records. Reply STOP to any text to stop our texts.
Children
This service is not meant for children under 13.
